KRC Plumbing - Terms & Conditions.

All estimates are provided free of charge and with no obligation. Verbal estimates are strictly subject to survey. All estimates will be based on the information made available at the time and could be subject to change under certain circumstances. We will inform you before starting any work which was not included in the original estimate.

As a general policy, KRC Plumbing does not carry out surveys or any form of work in occupied residential premises unless there is an adult, over the age of 18, present at the property. This should preferably the home owner. In cases where it is genuinely impossible for an adult to be present, exceptions can be made but arrangements would need to be discussed and agreed in advance.
Prior to any work being carried out we require that you remove any personal belongings form said room(s) that could become damaged (i.e. toiletries, perfume bottles, decorations etc). KRC Plumbing cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to items not removed.
Whilst every care will be taken, should existing sanitary wear or furniture need to be temporarily removed, KRC Plumbing cannot be held responsible for any damage which might occur.
Under no circumstances whatsoever will KRC Plumbing be held responsible for any damaged products that have not been supplied by us.
Removal of any sanitary items is your responsability and must be done so at your cost.
Whilst working in your home you must be aware that any children or pets are kept under your supervision at all times. Some of the tools we use could cause serious injury.
We always try our up most to ensure items are delivered on time, but please be aware this is not within our control. This responsibility is with our suppliers. (We can only tell you what we've been told ourselves!)
Whilst working in your home KRC plumbing will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Payment Terms

For extensive work, a deposit of up to 20% may, in some cases, be required prior to commencement.
Payment terms for domestic customers are at completion of the work. Alternative arrangements can be discussed, but they must be agreed prior to work commencing.
In all cases, any materials, furniture, fixtures and fittings used will remain the property of KRC Plumbing until the account is settled in full. Failure to pay an outstanding account can result in legal action and the possible removal of installed items.
